  1. Where/when do Angel Adventure Walks take place?

In 2009, Angel Adventure Walks will take place in seven cities across the U.S.: San Francisco, Denver, Portland, San Diego, Phoenix, Orange County, and Dallas-Ft. Worth. Plan to participate in one or more than one event, in a city near you.

  2. If I want to walk in an Angel Adventure, what’s my first step?

You can organize a team, join an existing team, or participate as an individual. If you are organizing a team, be sure to name your team, designate a team captain, and register as part of that team. Registration can be done online or by mail. Once you register, NBTS will provide you all the tools you need to achieve your fundraising goals.

  3. What do registration fees include? Am I expected to fundraise a minimum amount?

Registration fees include an event t-shirt, food, beverages, and full access to activities. In addition to registration fees, adults are encouraged to fundraise a minimum amount depending on the event city (see event specific pages). Registration fees are applied to your fundraising total.

  4. In addition to participating in an Angel Adventure Walk, what else can I do to help support the Angel Adventure Walk?

There are many opportunities for people to become involved in the Angel Adventure Walks, from becoming a sponsor or making an in-kind donation to volunteering on the planning committee or on the day of event. If you would like to find out more about any or all of these options, please call the Angel Adventure Voice Information Line toll-free at 1.866.455.3214. Be sure to provide your name, phone number, the information you are looking for, and what event city you are calling about.

  5. Where do the Angel Adventure funds go?
