The Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers Race for Hope - DC is one of the largest national fundraisers for brain tumors, with proceeds benefiting the National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure. It is open to all participants who seek a 5K challenge on a runner-friendly course or a beautiful walk in the nation's capital, all as a fun way to support the brain tumor community. In 2008, more than 8,000 participants, 287 teams, and 200+ survivors took part, raising over $1.75 million.
